Bek, Bella and the team at RM Kitchens & Bathrooms made our dream kitchen a reality. Communication was flawless from day one. Nothing was too much trouble, even when we wanted to make little changes along the way. Trades were lovely to work with and every step just rolled into the next so it never felt like we were waiting for progress. Our kitchen and laundry are just beautiful and such great quality; we couldn’t be happier.

As for the result – wow! Our new kitchen is absolutely stunning and incredibly functional. Little details, like the pull-out spice racks beside the oven, make cooking an absolute dream.

From the minute we visited the showroom, RM Kitchens & Bathrooms were easy to deal with, provided good advice & employed good tradespeople who did an excellent job with our bathrooms, laundry & kitchen. When there were small hiccups, nothing was too much trouble to get everything absolutely perfect.

Our experience with RM Kitchens and Bathrooms was way beyond what we could have ever expected. From the very first day, Ally and her incredible team were supportive, professional, and genuinely accommodating. We renovated three bathrooms and a laundry all at once on a strict time frame, and what could have been a stressful project turned out to be an absolute pleasure.

Every step of the way, any little hiccup (which was entirely mine!) was met with a calm and solution-focused attitude. Even when I decided to change the tiling plan on the final day, Brad the builder didn’t flinch, he simply said, “Let’s do it!” That kind of flexibility and care is rare and it gave me total faith in the team.

The job ran on time, the workmanship was outstanding, and the entire process was smooth, professional, and most importantly, stress-free. I had full confidence in everyone involved, and I’m so grateful for how easy they made such a big project feel.

We actually almost went with a competitor but stumbled across RM Kitchens while reading Google reviews. I'm so glad we did because those reviews were impressive, but now that the job is done, I can honestly say our experience exceeded even my very high expectations.

It was a real pleasure to have my kitchen and laundry renovation completed by RM Kitchens and Bathrooms this year. Bek was efficient, listened to my concerns, addressed them, and was always available whenever I had a question. The staff behind the scenes created a clear timeline, so I knew what was going to be happening and when, and when payments would be due. Draft plans were created, and I was given time to review these and make changes before the cabinetry went into production. The trades people that came to site were professional, on time and did a fabulous job. When I made a request that must’ve caused enormous headaches rescheduling other works, it was all done without any fuss. As far as the end product goes, Bek and her team at RM Kitchens and Bathrooms transformed my 1980s kitchen and laundry into modern, quality rooms that I love being in. Thank you to everybody from RM Kitchens and Bathrooms - you’ve brought my renovation visions to life.

We did a review already when the kitchen modification was done. However, we wanted to do another as we had an issue with our garbage bin and Bek was nothing short of professional, understanding and empathetic in helping us rectify, and eventually replace it for a far better system which we're extremely grateful for. Bek went above and beyond!!
